The Patek Philippe Grand Complications 7140R-001 is a 35mm women's automatic watch with a rose gold case and a gold-white analog dial protected by sapphire crystal. It uses a 240 Q caliber self-winding mechanical movement that can be manually wound and hacked (the second hand stops when the crown is pulled out). It ticks 6 times per second which gives the second hand a smoother movement than quartz watches which tick once per second. The watch should run for up to 48 hours when fully wound and will self-wind when moved.

The case of the 7140R-001 measures approximately 35mm wide (not including the crown) by 11mm thick and is water resistant to 30 meters. This should be sufficient for splashes & rain but is not recommended for baths, showers, swimming or diving. The rose gold (with diamonds) bezel is fixed (cannot be rotated). The gap between the lugs is 18mm and the leather band can be removed using a band removal tool to be replaced with another band.
